We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, and we understand that it doesn't work out. Therefore, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges on new, unopened product within 7 days after your receive it. Naturally, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.
Please note that we have tried to represent our colors as accurately as possible, but there are many factors including your computer monitor settings and skin tone that impact the colors you see on your screen.
If you wish to return or exchange your lip gloss for any reason AND it is unopened AND your received it less than 7 days ago, please email email@example.com. The subject line must read exactly: LIP GLOSS RETURNS.
In the body of your email, include: the product you purchased, the date you purchased it, and the USPS tracking number from your shipping confirmation. Please also tell us the reason for your return or exchange. We’ll be in touch within two business days to provide you a RMA number and get you set up.
DO NOT send a product back before speaking with us. Returns received without a RMA number will be returned to sender without being opened! This is for our safety and there are no exceptions to this policy.
We do not refund shipping charges for any reason. (That’s unless we shipped you the wrong product. In that case, of course it’s on us.)
